Error to send image on chat

Error to send image on Nextcloud Talk Desktop (v0.29 anda v0.30) for some users, others users works after some time.
Error occours pasting files from clipboard with "CTRL+V" ou "Attach" button.
In Administrator Overview Logs do not appers the error about pasting images.
