Steps to reproduce

1. Start Talk
2. Close Window so Talk is loaded to taskbar
3. Get a Video Call from another person

Expected behaviour

Notification of Incoming call

Nothing happens

Hi, I've got the smae issue. Or kinda the same. My notifications for the NextCloud desktop app are working, but only for messages and missed calls, not for calls in real-time. On iOS calls and notifications are working fine. I've running NextCloud to with a custom TURN-Server on a VPS.
NextCloud Talk Desktop Client version: 1.0.1
NextCloud Talk Server version: 20.1.3
NextCloud Version: 30.0.4

At the moment I am running NextCloud Talk without HighPerformanceBackend, for testing reasons, but as I said calls in the iOS App are working fine only desktop client and browser are weired with notifications.

EDIT: This is for calls and video calls. Also the blue pop-up that is shown on the picture on the github page isn't showing up at my client. In Windows the notifications are enabled for NextCloud (in the app and in the system settings).
