Draging tasks to the top of the screen does not scroll the page up (works fine at the bottom)

When organising tasks in a list and dragging them around, if moved to the top of the page hoping to scroll the page up, this does not work.

When when drags a task to the bottom of the page however, the screen will scroll down just fine.
