[NC32.0.2] Readme.md ignored as folder description when public share is passwordprotected

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a folder and add a folder description
Share the folder as a public link with password
Share the folder as a public link without password

Expected behavior
The readme file content should show as the file list header

Actual behaviour
If the folder is protected with a password, nothing is shown
If the folder is not protected with a password, the readme file is show as the file list header
