The provider shown is not preselected

Steps to reproduce

1. Open SSO App
2. Values of first provider are displayed
3. Change any value of the provider

Expected behaviour

The changed value should be applied to the displayed provider.

Actual behaviour

The error message "Metadata invalid" will be shown at the botton of the site. When I switch from the SSO app to another and back again, a new provider has been created. This provider only contains the value I changed the the previous (current) provider. I suppose that the message "Metadata invalid" refered to this new provider which was not displayed before.

Keep in mind that the behaviour does not occur, if I select the provider when I open the SSO app. But because all values of the provider are displayed I assume I can change the values without to select it first.

Operating system: Debian 11

Web server: Apache 2.4

Database: MariaDB 10

PHP version: 7.4
