Preview not working for SVGs

Describe the bug
The viewer is not working for .svg files. No Preview. No file icon. Just the black background.
Seems to be fixable by adding a height: {x}px; to the preview img HTML Element.

Happened with =OC\Preview\SVG enabled and disabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to files app.
2. Upload SVG file
3. Open viewer for the SVG file via context menu
4. See error
   Expected behavior
   A preview of the SVG or the file type icon depending on Preview config
