Nextcloud OVA installation stalled at installation of PDF Annotations ***** CLOSED ISSUE ***** IGNORE *****

I'm installing Nextcloud on a QNAP NAS TVS-x72XT.
The installation process had been proceeding smoothly until the installation of PDF Annotations, at which point the installation stalled and I have to abort the remaining part of the installation.

Would you be able to provide instructions to enable the process to complete successfully.
I'm not concerned that PDF Annotations failed to install.

You assistance is much appreciated.
