Add a link to Nextflow extension on environment setup page

Hi!

There should be a link to the Nextflow extension(https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=nextflow.nextflow) on this page (https://training.nextflow.io/envsetup/) so that users run into less syntax issues.

Ideally, we should also edit the Gitpod implementation so that it ships with this extension pre-installed as well.

Actually the local installation instructions don't mention VSCode or the extension at all, but they really should: https://training.nextflow.io/latest/envsetup/02_local/

HOWEVER I'm not sure I want to have duplicated instructions vs the main Nextflow documentation. Is that something we should consolidate? We could have the training setup page point to the Nextflow install doc as the ultimate source of truth and ONLY call out whatever is different.
