Side quest idea (or new course): How to build a plugin?

Plugins become more and more relevant to customize certain things in Nextflow, such as interacting with third-party tools or adding in custom functionality (i.e., nf-schema). #479 covers using plugins and explaining what they are. 

As a more advanced training(s course), we should walk through how to get started and build your own plugins.
