Entropy & events use different sets of mutations #2010

Description

@jameshadfield

When zoomed into a subclade the mutations on the subclade root are not considered when calculating entropy but they are when calculating events. This zika subtree has a number of mutations on the (subtree) root and they appear as events but not entropy:

What to do

Both views should consider the same set of mutations. I think the entropy approach is correct and subtree root mutations should not be considered.
