Write blog post about changes in mpox

There will be breaking changes in the public mpox files outlined in nextstrain/mpox#320.

As I'm drafting this, I keep thinking there will be new features released soon that I want includes, so I'm going to delay this blog post.

Other features that would be good to include:

• Support for nextstrain run mpox#314
• phylogenetic: support standardized multiple input mpox#324
• ingest: switch to Pathoplexus data mpox#331
