Replace the landing page's Stellplatzgelände placeholder with a realistic generated or local photo asset for Stellplatzpark Mannheim.

Hey @tomsolut — this is a nicely scoped landing-page polish task. Swapping the Stellplatzgelände placeholder for a real Stellplatzpark Mannheim photo looks like a focused asset update on the landing-page surface, so I marked it as enhancement + ux, and also help wanted / good first issue because it should be approachable as a small community PR.
