`OperationHandler.sync` helpers for functions sans return/param

Need 3 more overloads for OperationHandler.sync: One that accepts no param, one that requires no return, and one that accepts no param + requires no return. We will need to make the equivalents of those for SynchronousOperationFunction functional interface (and change that class name if needed too).
