Description of the bug
Both GTDB and Silva has "Kingdom" as their top level, which is simply wrong since the content is Archaea, Bacteria or Eukaryota. Change to Domain.
(This might have historical reasons, e.g. to conform to GBIF/SBDI, but let's be correct here and let downstream tools solve this.)
