add to metromap - please add all tools as comments that need to be added to the metromap, so we can do it in one go.

We should also make it clear what tools input subsampled data or not. For example, seqfu stats does not take in subsampled input but appears to in the current metromap. checkqc, fqlint, multiqc_sav aslo rely strictly on the "raw" inputs.
