Add parameter --sex

Description of feature

Hi,

Gender information is relevant to estimate the copy number state of sex chromosomes, example: Loss-of Y, XCA, etc. hence it is a relevant parameter.

When it is not provided, PCGR reports this message:

Argument --sex is 'UNKNOWN' - skipping copy number loss annotations on sex chromosomes

So, it is good to have this option added.

Also, I think, since it is patient-specific, it has be part of the samplesheet.csv.
