Considering moving the sample-specific parameters to samplesheet

Hi,

I think it is wise to have the sample-specific parameters in the samplesheet.csv to make this pipeline ready for analyzing several patients same time.

Sample-specific parameters --tumor_ploidy, --tumor_purity, --tumor_site and of-course --sex
These parametes change by patients, and therefore it has be in the sample-sheet
