Faulty link included in training materials. Link should be to page that directs you how to manually install nf-tools.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://training.nextflow.io/3.5/envsetup/02_local/#general-software-requirements
2. Click on nf-core tools
3. See error

Expected behavior
Expected to get to webpage that would allow me to install nf-core-tools (ex: https://nf-co.re/docs/get_started/environment_setup/nf-core-tools/)
