Write detailed runbooks for realistic disaster scenarios: data breach, ransomware attack, rogue contributor uploading bad data, Synapse going down during a major conference, losing your biggest funder, key team member sudden departure. For each: immediate response steps, communication templates, decision trees, responsible parties, escalation procedures. Do a tabletop exercise for one scenario during the hackathon.
