Description
Go through every error message, validation failure, and confusing state in the portal and rewrite them from scratch with radical empathy. Instead of "Invalid file format," try "Oops! This file type (.xyz) isn't supported yet. The portal works with .csv, .tsv, and .txt files. Need help converting your file? Here's a guide: [link]." Test the new messages with someone unfamiliar with the portal. This tiny thing dramatically improves user experience but never gets prioritized.
