Do the opposite of good UX. Intentionally design the worst possible user experience for data sharing. Make it maximally frustrating, confusing, and time-consuming. Present it as a satirical "what not to do" guide. This reverse-engineering exercise often surfaces pain points you've normalized because you're too close to the product. Plus it's hilarious and would make great conference talk material.
