idea: The Sage Skills Matrix

Create a comprehensive skills inventory across all Sage teams. Map who knows what: Python, R, React, metadata schemas, grant writing, community engagement, Synapse internals, etc. Include proficiency levels and willingness to teach. Build a visual network showing skill clusters and gaps. When someone needs help with X, they instantly know who to ask. This becomes a living document that reduces siloed knowledge and enables better collaboration and backup planning.
