Go through all documentation and mark each page: "Still accurate," "Needs update," "Outdated - archive," or "Unclear who this is for." Actually archive the bad docs. Rewrite 2-3 critical pages during the hackathon. Create a maintenance schedule for keeping docs fresh. Sometimes the best documentation work is deleting incorrect information. Quality over quantity.
