Add more resource categories (e.g. organism, ontology) #94

Description

@dalito

The current allowed ones are listed in https://nfdi4cat.github.io/pid4cat-model/latest/elements/ResourceCategory/

In some private communication, other maybe useful categories were mentioned, especially ORGANISM and ONTOLOGY.

Here my thoughts:

  • I could agree to adding "ORGANISM" as it is sufficiently different from the existing categories and could be useful for bio catalysis.
  • I am against adding ONTOLOGY (which is just a DATA_OBJECT in current classification). The category "ontology" is a too specific: It does neither include other terminologies like our voc4cat-SKOS-vocabulary nor does it include other data schemas.
  • In principle adding ONTOLOGY would create sub-categories of DATA_OBJECT. I believe that such sub-classification should not happen add the PID level but at the metadata level of DATA_OBJECT resources (in another schema).
