In nfdi4cat/voc4cat#255 we observed that no error is raised when an xlsx-file with 8-digit IDs is converted to turtle although IDs must have 7 digits according to the configuration.
Most likely this is a regression connected to the new xslx-handling code added in v1.0.0.
