[Feature Request] improve rename / delete functionality

When renaming or deleting a study or assay, the associated reference file paths need to be adapted.

Describe the solution you'd like

Feature request:

• simple: drop a warning "please update the annotation tables"
• better: provide a "rename file references in annotation tables" function.

@HLWeil this issue was originally created in ARCitect. But ARCtrl offers the Rename Api layer, therefore i thought this feature might be something we want to implement in ARCtrl.

Hey @Brilator,

you mean when e.g. in "Assay1" there are references to "Assay2" like such "assays/Assay2/dataset/MyFile.txt" and then "Assay2" gets deleted?
