Latest version doesn't work with Node 22

The same problem as described in #193 seems to re-arise with Node 22, Node 18 works fine after it was seemingly fixed with https://github.com/ngageoint/geopackage-js/releases/tag/v4.2.4

I tried to manually compile CanvasKit as described in https://github.com/ngageoint/geopackage-js/tree/master/canvaskit with a more recent CanvasKit version, but this fails as well when sticking to the README...

There still seems to be a problem with Node 22. I was successful in building canvas kit in version 0.40.0. Would you be interested in a PR?
