This PR updates the turf dependencies on the web-app to 7.2.0 to match the swap approved version. This package deals with an Observation's Geometry.
Testing Instructions:
Run npm ci before building. Verify that observation geometry still appears as normal and observation locations can be added and updated.
Verify that points, lines, and polygons still work as expected.
Verify that Polygons and lines do not intersect with themselves.
