Broken Sample SICD Links #691

We noticed that some of the links on https://github.com/ngageoint/six-library/wiki/Sample-SICDs appear to be broken
ex: 32-bit float NITF (SICD 1.2.0 format) gives back

I don't know if this truely a permissions access issue, or maybe the objects were deleted? Could these be fixed, or links updated to reflect now inaccessable files?
