NGINX Gateway fabric support documentation should be identical to NGINX Ingress Controller. The following changes should be added to the NGF Docs.

• NGF technical spec docs should show clear end of support dates
• NGF should have the same support statement as NIC see NIC note here
• NGF shows versions back to v1.0.0, but v1.2.0 is actually the older suppported version
• A common support statement should be created that can be included by both projects
