Enable the pipeline to configure the source for NGINX Plus - NGINX OSS - WAF - Agent

The CI and Release pipeline must support easy change of the source for the following dependencies:

• NGINX Plus
• NGINX OSS
• WAF
• DOS
• Agent

The sources must be individually configurable.
