Enable Native OIDC Authentication for NGINX Ingress Controller using the NGINX Plus module #9512

As a platform engineer managing application authentication in a Kubernetes environment,
I want a native OIDC authentication for NGINX Ingress Controller, using the new native NGINX Plus module as opposed to the original NJS implementation,
So that I can configure reliable, Kubernetes-native OIDC authentication for my applications without the session handling and refresh token issues associated with the current NJS-based implementation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a new CRD policy
• Validate using VS/VSR/Ingress resources
• Maintain support for existing NJS oidc implementation
• Upgrade path is not required from NJS to native OIDC implementation
• Document feature with examples
