Report NGINX Ingress Controller Configmap Keys

As an engineer of NGINX Ingress Controller, I would like to add our Configmap keys to our telemetry reporting so that we can better know which set of features are popular amongst our users.

UACs

• Add ConfigMapKeys as a column in telemetry
• Only report configmap keys that are recognised by NGINX Ingress Controller
• Add MGMTConfigMapKeys as a column in telemetry
