POC - Offline Helm Schema Validation

Questions to answer, and things to consider, during this POC

• Is it enough to use our Operator when deploying in an offline environment?
• Are there other Helm charts out there that have solved this issue?
• Can we solve the relative path issue? See Relative filesystem schema references in values.schema.json broken helm/helm#10481
