Enable Otel

Hi,

I'd like to understand if the possibility of enabling OpenTelemetry (Otel) was already built or if it is possible consider the implementation of it like this happened already for other images, such as the Nginx's basic image.

Hi @failtobe24 there are plans to add OTEL #4938 but there's no time estimates as of now
