Include file with deployment metadata

Overview

The goal of this story add a new file (e.g. /etc/nginx/metadata.info to include metadata required by the NGINX One SaaS Console.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add Kubernetes Cluster UUID
• Add Product name (e.g. NIC)
• Add Deployment/Daemonset Name (user-facing identifier).
• Add Control Plane version (i.e. NIC version)
• Add Control Plane Deployment UUID.

Would also be great to include the Kubernetes namespace if possible, as a user-facing identifier.
