As part of the ongoing efforts for F5INC-S-82 Intelligent Observability and Telemetry for NGINX Ecosystem, we propose the addition of an OpenTelemetry (OTEL) Metrics module to the OSS version of NGINX. This module aims to enhance metrics observability and streamline integration with OTEL-compatible monitoring systems.
