Where could I get list of available module course CGI module for python is not available?
Or using WSGI module is only way to start Python applications?

CGI has nothing directly related to Python. It's just an old way from nineties to execute console applications to generate response. CGI requires to create a new process on each request and therfore it's very slow.

Unit doesn't support CGI. But you can always create simple wrapper in any language supported by Unit.

Yes, WSGI (PEP 333 and PEP 3333) is the only supported interface for Python.
