No.

However (if using Linux) you can of course place the processes into cgroups. In fact current version of Unit (where cgroupv2 is available) can do this automatically for you.

Using an absolute path for the cgroups will allow you to then place various limits on the application processes.

However if you have a process that keeps growing in size, you would perhaps be better to see if it has any memory leaks first, as even with cgroups when your application reaches its memory limit, it will likely fail in some way when it can longer allocate any memory.
