I am looking for error broken pipe and how to fix it.

It comes from here.

The 'Broken pipe' would indicate an EPIPE error which for sendmsg(2) is

EPIPE
The local end has been shut down on a connection oriented
socket. In this case, the process will also receive a SIGPIPE
unless MSG_NOSIGNAL is set.

I see these messages fairly regularly when stopping/restarting apps, unless you're seeing an actual problem they can be ignored.

Thanks, but from time to time the app not starting after that. Not available from browser.

Yes, that sounds like perhaps a bug.

Can you get any other error message from the console or log when that happens?
