`tpZIndex` input not working since version 10

I was passing `[tpZIndex]` as an input in certain places to override the global config, and it worked until v9.2.1, but after I upgraded to latest I noticed it stopped working. I checked some other versions too, and it looks like it stopped working from v10 onwards, where I can only adjust the `zIndex` via the global config.
