Pause Key(s) and Group(s) #101

Good job on this nice lib!
Ability to pause and resume, not all, but a subset of keys and groups would be a great improvement to the lib. This is particularly useful in cases of multiple global shortcut keys and groups that would need to be conditionally disabled - e.g. on modals.
For instance, global navigation shortcuts might need to be disabled when modals/dialogs are opened, while leaving some other globals like theme changing shortcuts untouched. Thus, grouping and disabling groups or keys would make this super cool.
This feature request can scale to to removals of keys and groups.

In the meanwhile, I will have wrappers (service&directive) around this to enable selective activations & emissions.
