Do we still need immer and this adapter when we have State Operators?

The patchState method only offers a shallow patch and as a result is left wanting in more advanced scenarios. This is where state operators come in.

@batbrain9392 I am completely with you. As Ngxs now does deep freezing, immer and this outdated adapter with its vulnerability in immer 3.0 is getting more and more in our way.

Maybe we should add some docs why this package is / can be discontinued.

Would you participate in a last dep-update, migration doc and deprecation commit?
