The selected state of small radios is not centred in Chromebooks - spotted by @dannychadburn

What steps are required to reproduce the issue?

Open small radio example from the design system in a Chromebook

What was the environment where this issue occurred?

Can you provide some more info please Ed?

Has page zoom, text-only zoom or perhaps OS level UI scaling been applied?

If developer tools are available, you'll see if the rendered size differs to macOS Chrome etc
