Add a feature to clear session data

What is the issue?

There is no way in the prototype kit to clear data. This is possible in the GOV.UK prototype kit with pages designed to do it. https://prototype-kit.service.gov.uk/docs/pass-data

something I always want to add - a link to return to where you were in the prototype, after clearing data

This came up in conversation between me, @edwardhorsford and a user of the kit last week, who has wondered why this feature was missing in the nhs kit but present in the GOVUK one.

I’ve added a basic version manually in my prototype: https://github.com/NHSDigital/record-a-vaccination-prototype/blob/main/app/routes/prototype-admin.js#L3

I think I prefer the term “Reset data” to “Clear data” - as that makes it a bit clearer that you’re resetting it to the default session data, rather than clearing it entirely.

Redirecting back to the page you were on sound good too.

Question mark over whether a confirmation screen is needed or not!?
