Create a release for the AF Project Providers #121

Right now, the only releases available in the repo are for the AF core files. Release candidates should exist for the Providers as well.
Motivation / Use Case
Users need access to the updated Provider code and documentation.
Proposed Solution / Feature Details
Make a release based on commit 38b38d7. Consider making a release for the initial backport as well.
