Example codegen is outdated

The examples were generated in 2022, so they do not reflect the current codegen output:

• They are missing reflection support
• They are missing rich/flat support
• Many of the VI names have changed:
  
• The quick start guide refers to one of these VI name changes: "Note that before regeneration this was named Run greeter_server.vi."
• The quick start guide refers to a Greeter.lvclass constant that has moved to Get Server Class Instances.vi.

Note that if regenerating the code returns an error and you delete the old codegen, you must restore (copy or reimplement) the message handling code in both Start Sync.vi and RPC Method Greeter SayHello.vi etc. If you don't do this, the server will not send a response, and the client will hang. However, you don't have to do the lvclass constant changes listed in the quick start.

If regenerating the code in-place works without errors, then you probably don't have to do this.
