Can't run example - Error 1026 Generated Descriptors.vi not found

I am trying to run the example helloworld but cannot generate the code. I get Error 1026 because Generated Descriptors.vi is not found in the Traverse VI. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi @arlerj, I had the same issue. The workaround is:

1. Open the Labview Project
2. Delete the server and client directories from disk, not in the LabView project

3. Then run the template tool again

Problem seems that the tool can't replace the folders if they already exists on disk

Thank you! This worked. However, now it doesn't create the Run client.vi. Any thoughts on what could be happening?

Oh, and the Run server.vi does not look like the Quick Start screen shot at all.
