NI 5783 Digital IO Example

The NI 5783 is a FlexRIO Adapter Module. There is a shipping example but it only shows how to use the analog I/O. The module also has digital I/O pins. This issue is for the creation of an example that shows how the DIO pins would be used. The pins could be looped back (input to output) and the user could set the output value and see the input value change. This could be with static (i.e., not streaming) values.
