Update SDL2 in example so it builds with pipewire

Currently I get a build failure like [these](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/387783) [ones](https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/12572), updating sdl2 in the example to 2.32.x fixes it.
